Midwest Old Threshers offers visitors different means of transportation around the main grounds and throughout the campgrounds. You may enjoy the slowly moving ground trains, Midwest Central Railroad steam trains, or Midwest Electric Railway system as your mode of transportation. Old Threshers also offers visitors a shuttle bus system that runs between the grounds and the city square.
Slow moving ground trains will take visitors around the main grounds with 8 different stops. $0.50 gets you one complete round trip! The ground trains run daily during the Reunion from 7:30 am until after grandstand shows.
The grounds trains in the campgrounds are free will offerings.
The trolley system loads on the main grounds then head out through the campgrounds with five different stops. The trolleys are the visitor's way of getting down to the Log Village.
The trolleys operate into the evenings from 6 pm - 9:30 pm on the days prior to Reunion start. $2 Ride All Day
During the Reunion, the hours of operation are from
7am - 10pm and 7am - 3 pm on Monday.

The train has a North and South station for visitors to catch a train ride around the main showgrounds.
The train operates from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm Thursday & Friday during the Reunion, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm Saturday & Sunday, and til 3:00 pm on Monday.
$4 - Adults & Children 5 and up (4 and under are free)
The buses travel to and from the West parking lot to the main grounds. Visitors can also take the bus to the city square for shopping in downtown Mount Pleasant. Take advantage of the remote hard surface parking lot at the local high school and ride to the grounds. The buses operate on a free willing offering system. It's the riders who keep the buses moving.
