Campground Information & Rules

  1. Individuals reserving or purchasing a campsite must be 21 years of age or older to reserve in their name. All campsites must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or chaperone who is 21 or older.
  2. Only one vehicle per campsite is permitted inside the campground. Additional vehicles must purchase a $10 parking pass for the Long-Term Campground Parking Lot, off-site. Extra vehicles without a pass cannot enter the campground. Plan accordingly. Only one additional vehicle parking pass can be purchased in advance with your reservation; others can be bought upon arrival.
  3. Payment for reservations must be made with cash, check, or approved credit card with a 3.5% credit card fee and must be submitted at the time of reservation. Insufficient funds, declined cards, or returned checks will void your reservation.
  4. The 30-amp and 50-amp sites in the main campground do not offer full services. Water is available nearby (50' to 200'), and two on-site dump stations are available upon departure. During the event, you may also arrange pumping service through Camper Hospitality.
  5. Handicapped sites are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. These sites are more accessible for leveling and are located near shower houses, trolley stops, or ground train stops. Campers using handicapped sites must display valid state-issued handicapped tags or license plates.
  6. The reservation fee secures your campsite from August 22 to the 5:00 PM check-out time on September 7, 2026. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. A confirmation letter with your ID number and campsite location will be mailed by USPS First Class Mail. You must present this letter at campground registration upon arrival.
  7. From August 22 onward, campers may secure any available space on a first-come, first-served basis if not pre-reserved.
  8. Camper parking is permitted between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. No campers will be allowed to park after 7:00 PM. To register a campsite, campers must personally visit campground workers, complete registration, and make full payment upon arrival. Payment is required for the entire stay from arrival until check-out at 5:00 PM on September 7, 2026.
  9. Check-out time on Monday (Labor Day) is 5:00 PM. Staying past 5:00 PM will incur charges for each additional night.
  10. Reservations will be accepted until August 21, 2026, at 4:00 PM or until all electric sites are booked, whichever occurs first. Any available electric sites after August 21 will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are highly recommended for larger camping units requiring electricity.
  11. During the Reunion, ground trains and trolleys provide transportation between the campground and the main grounds. Guests can also find groceries and ice at the campground store.
  12. Individuals are welcome to use personal conveyance vehicles (PCVs), including FDA Class II Medical Devices, on the Reunion grounds and in the main campgrounds. A vehicle qualifies as a PCV if it does not exceed 48 inches in length or 32 inches in width, is designed to carry a single occupant, and operates on three or more wheels. Golf carts, ATVs, Gators, lawn mowers, and similar vehicles do not meet the definition of a PCV.
  13. During the Reunion, mobility scooters are available for rent on the northeast side of the grounds behind the Paul Anderson Welcome Center. Scooter Time Rentals provides scooter rentals for the Reunion. Contact them at 1-423-569-1933 or by email at info@scootertime.com. Visit www.scootertime.com for more information.
